We strive to provide excellent service and high-quality products. Please read our return policy below for guidance on refunds, cancellations, and exchanges related to our services and products.
1. Consultations and Professional Services
Due to the personalized nature of our services, including 1-on-1 virtual consultations, relationship advice, public speaking coaching, human resource services, and employee counseling, we generally do not offer refunds for these services once they have been scheduled or completed.
However, if you need to cancel or reschedule a consultation, please refer to our Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations: If you need to cancel a consultation, event, or service, we require at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a cancellation fee, which is 50% of the total service fee.

Rescheduling: You can reschedule your consultation or event with at least 24 hours' notice. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional fees if the new time requires a special arrangement.
2. Events and Workshops

Event Cancellations: If you are unable to attend an event or workshop, we require at least 48 hours’ notice for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours will not be eligible for a refund.

Event Rescheduling: If an event is rescheduled by us, you will have the option to attend the new date or request a full refund.
3. Merchandise Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not, we offer returns and exchanges for merchandise, subject to the following conditions:

Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.

6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you’ve been issued a refund but haven’t received it within the expected time frame, please check your bank account or payment provider first. If the refund hasn’t been posted after 7-10 business days, please contact us and we will assist you.
